I have extensive skills in managing operating businesses and raising capital for existing enterprises. For the past 10 years, I have worked as an independent consultant and as an operating CFO where I faced - M&A - Selling of my business to an international public trading company - raising capital for existing businesses - business plan and strategic plan development/implementation - cost and market research management - ERP implementation The project posted is of personal interest to me as the family business is in the industry. My belief is my project will best modernize and support the way the industry operates as of today and in the future.
