I'm a marketer/product manager who believes the best marketing strategy is to have a very strong product/market fit. Product/market fit comes from knowing your customers, their needs and its environment at all times, as well as a strong capacity to deliver. This requires an agile organisation that constantly gathers and analyses data, with the help of technology, to make sound business decisions. I help companies develop and implement agile business models that will enable strong product/market fit. I have been the main organiser for the Montreal Lean Startup Circle for over 3 years. I am a business mentor, created the Mentors Montreal community and am lead mentor for the Coopérathon.
