These values describe myself as a Web professional and as a Manager: Self Management: both hands firmly gripped on the steering wheel. Ownership: I’ve got it, you don’t need to think about it. Initiative: getting things done without the slightest nudge. Virtue: honesty, humility, thoughtfulness, kindness, and appreciation. Problem solving: nothing that can’t be solved. Team work: we before I. Technologies: Doesn't matter... it is rarely about technologies. It is mainly about people, the way they will use it and the experience we want to provide them. I do prefer everything Open Source. People: Respect everyone, tell the truth, let them do the same, make sure everyone is learning something
