SourceBot, our startup, is trying to change the way people find and apply to jobs. Our objective is to match people to positions based on more than simply their CV, but instead who they are as person. Being in the right place, with the right team, can generate incredible growth for the individual and the company. Our goal during cooperathon is to create real machine learning methods of matching a series of traits to a hiring manager's profile, or a team within the department.

We are on the hunt for passionate programmers who would like to partake in re-shaping the recruiting process. Our problem arises from the need to find a company and team fit between candidates and the department or team that is hiring. We need people to help us program a matching algorithm that takes into account personality traits, skills, past experience, interests, and soft skills. And then match it quickly to the best fit for the hiring manager.
We are looking for someone to help us with design thinking, user experience, customer feedback. We want to create an engaging experience for candidates applying to a job, and lead them to their perfect position within an industry they love. Some help is need with: Wire framing, mockups, design sprints, out of the box thinking, marketing visuals, creating amazing interfaces.
