My project is a mobile application for self guided culinary tours. Food tourism is a world wide growing tendency, and so is the buying power of millennial travelers. Currently, to take part in a food tour, you have to pay a significant amount of money and you depend on groups and guides. The concept behind the app is to be able to turn your smartphone in to a guide that will take you for a tour around pre-selected restaurants, while discovering both the highlights and the hidden parts of your destination. The launching city will be Montreal. Toronto, New York and Buenos Aires will be the next destinations. A beta version of this project is ment to be launched in August 2018.
