I am a professional with a master degree in software engineering and 30 years of experience in software development, My professional goals: use my skills and leadership to deliver comercial-grade products with a focus on user satisfaction and time to market. My preferred approach: simplify the design and quickly move toward working prototypes, then bring the product to maturity. My personal motivation: keep learning new technologies and constantly improve my skills.
As a senior software developer, I have managed software development teams of many sizes, from 3 to 12 members. As the project manager, I took care of plans and schedules, building up the team, managing outsourced work, acquiring off-the-shelf software and equipment, capturing and clarifying customer's requirements.
