They will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities and strategies from a sales, marketing, and communications perspective. Between the ages of 18 and 30 years old Is a Canadian citizen or has permanent resident status Has completed a post secondary degree (Cegep, University, etc) 1-3 years sales experience (B2C or B2B) Bilingual

Customer Experience Specialist a

Responsibilities Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. Adjusts sales strategy by studying the type of sales outlets, market, and potential opportunities. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Accomplishes external communications mission by writing speech and press releases, promoting special events, and managing social media accounts. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
